UCEP Hafiz Mazumder Sylhet Technical School celebrated 26 March, the Independence Day of Bangladesh, with great enthusiasm and patriotism. In 2025, the school organized various programs to honor the martyrs and heroes of the 1971 Liberation War. The celebration included a flag-hoisting ceremony, cultural performances, student speeches, and discussions highlighting the significance of Bangladesh’s independence.
On July 16, 2025, UCEP Hafiz Mazumder Sylhet Technical School solemnly observed July Martyrs’ Day to honor the memory of the brave students, particularly Abu Sayeed, who sacrificed their lives during the historic student-led protests of July 2024.
