On March 8, 2025, UCEP Hafiz Mazumder Sylhet Technical School proudly celebrated International Women’s Day with great enthusiasm and spirit. The event aimed to recognize the achievements of women and raise awareness about gender equality, in line with this year’s global theme: “Invest in Women: Accelerate Progress. The program featured a series of inspiring activities, including speeches by students and teachers, a cultural performance highlighting women’s contributions to society, and an awareness session on women’s rights and empowerment. Special recognition was given to female students who have excelled in academic and technical fields, reinforcing the importance of equal opportunity in education and skill development. UCEP staff, students, and guests participated actively, reaffirming the institution’s commitment to empowering young women through quality education and skills training.
