| Essential Requirements | B.Sc in Engineering or Diploma in Engineering/Equivalent degree in related Subject/Trade (Refrigeration & Air Conditioning) Relevant professional experience in a technical school or institute. Minimum 02 years professional experience for B.Sc Engineering Minimum 03 years professional experience for Diploma in Engineering/Equivalent degree in related Subject or Trade At least CBT&A NSC Level 1 certification in relevant trade. Adequate sectorial knowledge and skills (Trade/occupation Specific) Proficient in MS Office package and capacity to manage project requirements including MIS (online/offline) Excellent communication skills in English and Bangla Skills on online platform and develop digital contents Track record to conduct CBT&A Level-4 training and experience in working with CS, CBLM, TRB & CSLB development will get high preference NTRCA or CBT&A Level-4 certification would be added advantage Self-motivated, adaptable, team player and passion for social development works. |
