Pohela Boishakh is being celebrated in Bangladesh today 14th April 2025. On this occasion
a special rally of teachers and students led by Mosammat Rafeza Khatun, Head of
Technical School of KiK UCEP Ghasitula Technical School parade the area.The vibrant first
day of the Bengali New Year, and KiK UCEP Ghasitula Technical School in Sylhet celebrated
with immense enthusiasm.
On April 14th, 2025, KiK UCEP Ghasitula Technical School vibrantly celebrated Pohela Boishakh.
The school grounds were festively decorated, setting the stage for a day rich in cultural immersion.
An engaging exhibition introduced students to local dry foods like Chira Mua ,Muri Mua , Tiler
Laddu , Kodma , Khaja and many more , alongside traditional clay goods such as pottery and toys,
highlighting local heritage. A captivating series of cultural performances unfolded, with students
showcasing their talent in graceful Bengali dances and melodious folk and Boishakhi songs. Artistic
expression was evident in the diverse visual art displayed by students. Adding a traditional artistic
touch, students and teachers collaboratively created beautiful alpana on the floors, symbolizing
the festive spirit and unity.Program Coordinated by Instructor Md Shah Alam. In the stage,
Focal Person Shakila Akhter, Instructor Technical skills Baby Akter, Md. Salman Khan and
Mohiuddin Samrat, Al-Amin , Md. Ajmol Hussain along with all other instructors were
present in the program.
